Book talk with award winning Minnesota author, Connie Clair Szarke, hosted by the SWCR Book Club. Szarke grew up in Slayton, southwestern Minnesota, amid small towns, farms, woods, lakes, and rolling hills. Her debut novel is the award-winning Delicate Armor, a work of literary historical fiction. Szarke is the recipient of the 2014 Jeannette Fair Book Award for Fiction by a Minnesota Woman Author, and a Midwest Book Award finalist. A Stone for Amer and Lady in the Moon complete the trilogy.
