Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00pm
Status: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00

Pinske Edge is seeking a dependable Fabricator & Installer to join our team in Plato, MN. This hands-on position involves both shop fabrication and field installation of solid surface products. Required Qualifications
- Coordinate with team members to support project requirements, including metal framework, crating, shipping, and scheduling.
- Fabricate solid surface and other materials according to specifications and quality standards.
- Travel to job sites to install solid surface products and related materials.
- Maintain adequate inventory of project materials and shop supplies.
- Operate, maintain, and perform routine upkeep of shop equipment and tools.
- Assist in other shop functions and production activities as workload and schedules require.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management within the scope of the position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings & specs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in the use of fabrication tools, equipment, and shop machinery.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques, equipment operation, and safe handling of materials and chemicals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous material handling experience- specifically solid surface slabs preferred machines
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. at times
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Warehouse and shop environment
- PPE required in accordance is required in accordance with Safety AWAIR program.
